Holds a Bachelors’ degree in Sociology (University of Jos, 1980)
and an M.Sc. in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations  (University of Lagos, 1990)

Joined the Police Force in 1981 as a Cadet Officer,
and held various administrative and command positions,
with experience in Training, Operations, Administration and Investigation.
Retired from the Nigerian Police Force as a Chief Superintendent of Police
in 1998, after 17 years of service. 

Joined Schlumberger Nigeria in 1998, as Security Co-ordinator,
covering Lagos, Port-harcourt and Warri regions. 

Joined MTN Nigeria Telecommunications in 2001, as Safety Operations Manager,
and set up the MTN security department.

Founder and former CEO of Security Outsourcing Ltd.
